  • Check out the first episode of Stratagems, my new podcast that deconstructs real-world strategies into actionable insights. I’m already working on episode two where we will dive deeper into Boeing and the release of the 747 in 1968.

I’m excited to add a new addition to the Growth Needle: Friday Threads. The goal with this weekly post is to give paid subscribers an opportunity to share their insights and learn from each other. I’ll experiment with different questions and formats, to see what resonates with all of you.

That being said, let’s dive into our first ever Friday Thread.

What are your favorite and go-to books on strategy?

The books may be exclusively about strategy or they may contain lessons that can show us how strategy actually works. You may have business books on your list or perhaps non-business books that you think are fantastic nonetheless.

To get us going, here’s my list, in no specific order.
