I have had my share of terrible meetings but I have also been part of fantastic ones. Let’s explore a few ideas for how we could all run better meetings and contribute to a less boring workplace.

What are your best ideas for running great meetings?

I have four ideas:

  • Decision Agendas (for designing agendas that get completed)

  • Parking Lots (for dealing with those individuals who ramble)

  • Offline Context (for saving you from endless PowerPoint presentations)

  • Systems for Check-ins (for helping directs reports communicate issues earlier)
